Free shipping within the EU
For a hassle free checkout and delivery all shipping within the EU is free. If you live outside the EU and still want to ride in style, please get in touch and we will set you up with a good shipping deal for your specific destination.

Delivery time
We normally deliver our bikes in 7-10 days, depending on your destination.

Home delivery or pickup
You can choose whether you want your bike delivered home or to your office. You can also choose to pick it up from one of our partners, if it’s easier for you. Choosing this option a professional mechanic will assemble your bicycle and adjust the height of the saddle perfectly to your size.

Pickup from a partner is also a good reason to visit Sweden:

Return Policy
Satisfied riders are frequent riders. Our mission is to get more people riding more often. That’s why it’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase.
To help you buy online with confidence and ensure that your Vélosophy is the right bicycle for you, we’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all bicycles and accessories purchased through velosophy.cc

The following conditions apply:
Return policy is valid 30 days from the date of delivery. Packaging and shipping on all returns (excluding accessories) must be handled by a professional bicycle retailer, preferably one of our recommended dealers. The bike must be in like-new condition, to be determined by the staff of the shop handling shipping. You are responsible for the cost of packaging and return shipping.

For bicycles and accessories purchased at a Vélosophy partner/dealer (not through velosophy.cc), our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer.
