What’s the weight of the bike?
Vé Comfort Edition 3-speed weighs 12.8 kg. Vé Comfort 7-speed weighing 12.9 kg. Vé Sport Edition 3-speed weighs 12.3 kg and Vé Sport 7-speed weighs 12.4 kg.
How is the bicycle delivered?
You can choose whether you want your bike home delivered. Or if you want to pick it up from one of our partners in Stockholm or Malmö. If you choose home delivery for your bike, it will be delivered to your home door or office. Delivery time is usually 7-10 days.
If it’s easier for you, you can pick up your bike at Bonne Mecanique (in Stockholm), Mobil Bike Service (in Stockholm) or at Bien Vélo (in Malmö). Delivery in 7 – 10 days. Choosing this option a professional mechanic will assemble your bicycle and adjust the height of the saddle perfectly to your size
How do I assemble my bicycle?
At home delivery, you get your bike fully assembled in cardboard except for steering, front wheels and pedals. Easily mount your basket or flat carrier. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. Number can be found under contact.
Can I attach children’s seat?
Absolutely. We have highchairs in our shop that are mounted on the saddle bar.
Warranty?
Like any bicycle, a Vélosophy will require regular service to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride through its lifetime. Whenever possible, we recommend taking your Vélosophy to a professional bike shop (preferably one of our selected partners/dealers when possible) for service. Please be sure to review the owner’s manual for detailed safety and service instructions.
All Vélosophy bicycles and their components carry the following warranty:
Frame: 2 years.
Electronics: 1 years.
Parts (excluding tires, tubes, brake pads, cables & housing, and grips): 2 years.

If you’re in need of maintenance and looking for a shop to help, we recommend reaching out to one of our selected partners/dealers. If you’re in a city where we don’t currently have a partner/dealer you can contact us and we’ll be happy to put you in touch with a qualified shop near you. Fortunately, the Vélosophy bicycle were built in a way so that just about any reputable bike shop should be able to help you with routine maintenance.

Return Policy
Satisfied riders are frequent riders. Our mission is to get more people riding more often. That’s why it’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase.
To help you buy online with confidence and ensure that your Vélosophy is the right bicycle for you, we’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all bicycles and accessories purchased through velosophy.cc
The following conditions apply:
Return policy is valid 30 days from the date of delivery. Packaging and shipping on all returns (excluding accessories) must be handled by a professional bicycle retailer, preferably one of our recommended dealers. The bike must be in like-new condition, to be determined by the staff of the shop handling shipping. You are responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping.
For bicycles and accessories purchased at a Vélosophy partner/dealer (not through velosophy.cc), our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer.
